Rory Quirk is an accomplished international entrepreneur with 20 years of experience working in China, Asia, MEA and the US markets.

Over the past 8 years, Rory has focused on building his Fire Suppression Systems business in China. He currently owns Resolute Cylinder Technologies, that manufactures and sells Fire Suppression Systems, including Novec 1230. Rory manages a 30-person team of manufacturing, supply chain, international logistics and sales professionals serving clients all around the globe.

During his time at Resolute Cylinders, Rory has developed strong relationships with chemical manufacturers of fire suppression clean agents. Since 2019, he began researching an alternative to Novec 1230 (FK-5-1-12) and developing it into a commercially viable product. This experience has naturally led him to become one of the founders of Standard Fluids Corporation.

Earlier in his career, Rory worked in the Internet Industry. His first job experience was as the Country Manager for a Mobile Payment technology company, C-SAM Inc., which was acquired by MasterCard in 2012. His next experience was as a General Manager of an E-Commerce startup, The Italian Center, which focused on selling Italian Lifestyle products to the Chinese consumer market.
